FRANCES BELL

Frances was trained in the Classical tradition in Florence at Charles Cecil Studios from 2001 to 2004. She has since been invited back to the same school to teach for the summer term each year from 2005 to 2009.

Frances has had her work displayed in various exhibitions including The Not The Turner Prize Exhibition in 2004 and The Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition in 2005 - 2009, where she was awarded The De Laszlo Foundation Award for Portraiture.

Frances accepts commissions in oil for landscapes and portraits. She also takes commissions in charcoal for portraits. She is presently based near Coldstream in the Scottish Borders.
