SUSIE LEE

Susie turned to painting full-time ten years ago having previously worked as an art director for film and television. She has degrees in Art and Design from Dartington College of Arts and The History of Modern Art and Design from Falmouth Art College and her paintings have been exhibited widely in London, Cornwall and Southern England as well as India and Oman. She has recently moved to Scotland after living and painting in Cornwall for many years.

Susie takes her inspiration exclusively from the natural world around us to paint dramatic seascapes and landscapes. The theme of her work is nature and its contrasts, the mixture of tranquility and drama, power and vulnerability.
