HEATHER RAEBURN

Heather Raeburn is a botanical artist living and working in Edinburgh. Since graduating from Edinburgh College of Art she has worked successfully in illustrative design and portraiture. In 2006 Heather decided to fulfil a long held ambition and turned her talents to botanical painting, studying at The Royal Botanical Gardens in Edinburgh. There she quickly merged her natural ability for observation and fine detail to produce beautiful and intricate drawings. Heather has been invited to exhibit at both the Royal Horticultural Society in London and Botanical Images Scotia at Gardening Scotland in 2009. She is happy to undertake commissions or discuss new prints.
